Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please Note: Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Fire Line Tools
  • Foams & Gels
  • Forestry Hose
  • Hydration Systems (if used)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
